Tesla Joins Day of STEM Platform with Sustainability Architect Mentor Journey

Tesla and LifeJourney have begun the development of a Sustainability Architect mentor journey to be featured on the Day of STEM platform. Kurt Schlosser, the Country Director for Tesla Australia/New Zealand will be featured as LifeJourney mentor representing Tesla.

The announcement was made at Tesla’s flagship store at Martin on August 1st during a panel discussion on STEM careers featuring Kurt Schlosser, LifeJourney CEO Rick Geritz and Kim Mahoney, Careers & Tertiary Advisor at Hills Grammar in Kenthurst, NSW.

The Sustainability Architect mentor journey aims to introduce Australia’s students to exciting STEM career pathways in the field of sustainable energy, in addition to building awareness about the innovation fueling the technologies.

Recent reports, including Deloitte’s Millennial Survey 2017, indicate that the next generation are looking to for opportunities to effect social change in the workplace in areas like sustainable energy.

The Sustainability Architect will be featured in an update to the Australia 2020 program (click here) which focuses on emerging technologies like autonomous vehicles, drone delivery, mobile technologies, and cyber security.
